does not work.
Digital products need a clear support path. This page is a starting point, not the final refund policy.
Delivery issue
If a paid download is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact hello@fotografi.fun with the order email and product title. Do not send card details.
What we can do
We may repair the file, provide a fresh time-limited download, or issue a refund through the payment provider, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Before launch
Complete the legal seller identity, time limits, treatment of duplicate downloads, cancellation rights, tax rules, payment-provider dispute process, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights here.
