Licensing guide
What your purchase
allows.
Every edition has a license summary on its product page. That summary, together with this guide, explains the permission attached to an ordinary digital purchase.
Effective 7 September 2026 · Fotografi.fun
Personal use
A personal-use edition may be downloaded, viewed, read, studied, and kept as a private backup by the purchaser. It may not be resold, sublicensed, uploaded to a public or shared repository, redistributed, or presented as the purchaser’s own work.
Editorial and commercial use
Use in a publication, campaign, client project, product, exhibition, broadcast, classroom distribution, or other public setting requires the permission described on the product page. When the listed license does not cover the use, contact payment@fotografi.fun before using the work.
Copyright and exclusive rights
A download purchase does not transfer copyright, moral rights, exclusivity, or ownership of the underlying work. A copyright assignment or exclusive license exists only when Fotografi.fun and the relevant rights holder have signed a separate agreement identifying the work, rights, territory, duration, fee, and permitted uses.
What the license does not cover
You are responsible for obtaining permission for people, trademarks, locations, music, fonts, or other third-party material that may appear in an edition. Fotografi.fun does not grant rights that it does not own or control.
If the product-specific license conflicts with this general guide, the product-specific license controls for that edition. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
