These terms apply when you browse Fotografi.fun, create an account, buy an edition, or submit work as a creator.

The service
Fotografi.fun is a digital archive and storefront for images, moving image, writing, and digital publications. Product pages identify the edition, price, delivery format, and license that apply to a purchase.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, creators, customers, or payment records. An account is personal and may not be used to impersonate another person.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Dodo Payments handles the secure checkout and payment processing. An order is not complete until the payment provider confirms it. A canceled, failed, or abandoned checkout does not grant a download license.
Digital delivery
After confirmation, we provide a private, time-limited download link or purchase inbox. Links may expire, be rate-limited, or be replaced to protect the archive. Keep the receipt email and do not share a private link. If a confirmed download is missing or corrupted, contact payment@fotografi.fun.
Usage rights
Buying an edition grants only the license shown on its product page and described in the licensing guide. It does not automatically transfer copyright, exclusivity, or ownership. Separate written agreements are required for rights transfers and custom licenses.
Creator submissions
A creator must have the rights and permissions needed to submit a work. Creator submissions may be reviewed for rights evidence, file readiness, accuracy, and safety before publication. We may request changes, reject a submission, or remove a published work when a rights or policy concern appears.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse checkout, probe private storage, scrape or overload the service, upload malware, infringe another person’s rights, or use an edition outside its license. We may limit or end access when activity threatens the service or another person.
Refunds and changes
Our refund policy explains support for delivery problems, duplicate charges, and other eligible cases. We may update the archive, products, prices, and these terms. The version in force at the time of an order governs that order, except where a change is required by law.

Questions about an order, license, privacy, or a creator submission can be sent to payment@fotografi.fun. Include the relevant product title and order email, but never send card numbers or security codes.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer, privacy, or other rights that apply to you under the law where you live.
