This notice explains what Fotografi.fun receives, why it is used, and the controls available to you when you browse, buy, create an account, or subscribe to archive notes.

Information we receive
For an account, we receive the name, email address, profile image, and basic identity information provided by Google sign-in. For a purchase, we receive the name and email entered at checkout, order details, payment status, product, amount, currency, and delivery history. Dodo Payments receives the checkout and payment information shown on its secure payment page; Fotografi.fun does not store card numbers.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you join the archive list, we store your email address, subscription status, confirmation and unsubscribe records, and the source of the signup. Confirmation is required before promotional or editorial newsletter messages are sent. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell subscriber addresses or use them for unrelated advertising.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, take and reconcile payments, deliver purchases, provide download recovery, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain creator and rights records, send requested newsletters, and keep necessary business and security records.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the storefront, API, database, private file storage, security controls, and scheduled Worker jobs. Google provides account sign-in. Dodo Payments processes checkout and payment-related information. Resend delivers receipts, recovery messages, and confirmed newsletter messages. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own published terms and policies.
Retention and security
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute handling. Account information remains while the account is active or until deletion is requested, subject to records we must keep. Newsletter information remains until you unsubscribe. Recovery links expire after 30 minutes and download links normally expire after 72 hours. We use private storage, short-lived access links, rate limits, and access controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Cookies and technical data
Account sign-in uses a secure session cookie. We may receive normal technical request data such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and error details through our hosting and security providers. We use this information to operate and protect the service, not to build an advertising profile.
Your requests
You can ask what personal information we hold, request correction, ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it, or unsubscribe from newsletter messages. Contact payment@fotografi.fun from the relevant email address and describe your request. We may verify your identity before responding.
Children and changes
Fotografi.fun is not directed to children who cannot lawfully use online purchases or accounts. We may update this notice when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
