These terms are a draft operating page for the archive. The final version must identify the legal seller, contact address, refund rules, tax treatment, privacy notice, and governing law before live sales.
Digital delivery
After a payment is confirmed by the payment provider, Fotografi.fun makes the purchased digital file available through a private download link. Links may expire, be rate-limited, or be replaced to protect the archive.
Usage rights
The product page and any accompanying license describe what the customer may do with the file. Buying a file does not by itself transfer copyright or grant an exclusive right.
Refunds and support
Contact hello@fotografi.fun if a download is unavailable or materially corrupted. Refund eligibility, tax obligations, and consumer rights depend on the transaction and the customer’s location.
